All Shipping Returns Must Be Pre-Approved
REPLACEMENTS: Despite our best efforts, unfortunately occasionally items become damaged during shipment. Or human error is made with incorrect items being shipped. We apologize for this. We understand it is frustrating to you, as it is also to us as these are added product and shipping expenses we incur. However, we are happy to send replacements to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order please do not hesitate to email us and we will be more than happy to help!
REFUNDS: Per our refund policy new, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition at the address below. Please include a copy of your invoice with "return" written at the top. Holistic Oils does not cover shipping for returns.
